Welcome to Total Enviro Recycling. By booking a service through our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
Total Enviro Recycling provides residential, commercial, construction, and recycling waste removal services throughout Auckland. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings
Bookings made through our website are considered requests for service. We will confirm your booking via email or phone where required.
Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate, including your address, contact details, and the description of the waste to be collected.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply if:
- The volume of waste exceeds the selected service.
- Prohibited or hazardous materials are presented for collection.
- Access to the collection site is significantly restricted.
- Additional labour or equipment is required.
Where additional charges apply, these will be discussed with you before any additional work is completed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the collection location.
- Accurately describing the materials requiring removal.
- Ensuring prohibited items are not included unless previously agreed.
- Being available or providing suitable access at the scheduled collection time where required.
5. Prohibited Materials
Unless specifically arranged in advance, Total Enviro Recycling does not collect:
- Hazardous chemicals
- Asbestos
- Explosives or flammable materials
- Medical or biological waste
- Any materials prohibited under New Zealand legislation
If prohibited materials are discovered, collection may be refused or additional charges may apply.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us as early as possible.
Where a collection has already been dispatched or completed, cancellation fees may apply.
7. Refunds
As Total Enviro Recycling provides waste removal and recycling services rather than physical products, refunds and returns do not apply once services have been completed.
If you believe a service has not been carried out as agreed, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Commercial Accounts
Approved Commercial Account customers may be invoiced according to their agreed payment terms.
Late payments may incur administration fees and interest where permitted by New Zealand law.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide services safely and professionally, Total Enviro Recycling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
